We understand that taking the first step in seeking support can feel daunting, and we’re here to help ease those initial nerves.
If you're unsure whether online psychological support is right fit for you, we offer a complimentary 15 minute telehealth session to help us get to know each other. This is a chance to ask any questions, for us to share more about Selfful Psychology and for you to tell us a little about yourself.
There’s absolutely no obligation to continue further.

This session allows us to delve deep to understand how you came to be who your are and allows us to create individualised support to helps us work together on identifying goals that you want to focus on.

Supervision
As an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor, I'm passionate about creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, ask questions, and feel supported as you continue to grow in ways that feel balanced and aligned with your values.
I see supervision as so much more than discussing cases or developing clinical skills. It's an opportunity to think together, explore the moments that feel challenging, celebrate what's going well, and reconnect with the values that brought you to this work in the first place.
My current clinical focus is supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and body dissatisfaction, alongside working with clinicians who are stepping into or working in private practice. Whether you're newly registered, navigating a career transition, or simply wanting a reflective space to deepen your practice, I'll meet you where you are.
I don't believe supervision should be one-size-fits-all. Every clinician brings different strengths, experiences, and goals, so I tailor our work together to what feels most helpful for you. My approach draws from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Enhanced CBT (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and relational therapies, while always remaining flexible to your individual way of working.
If you're looking for supervision that feels warm, genuine, reflective, and supportive—a space where you can think openly and grow with confidence, I'd love to hear from you!
