Rhiannon Lewis
Registered Psychologist
Hey there, I’m Rhiannon, but you can call me Rhi.
First off, I want to welcome to Selfful Psychology, I am so thrilled that you are here!
Below is just a little bit about me, so we can start to get to know each other.
I’m a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), practicing in Melbourne/Naarm, Australia. I’m dedicated to providing a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard.
I take an empathetic and collaborative approach, and like to work with clients to explore their values, set meaningful goals, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and ease. I believe that the foundation of effective therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship, one built on trust, open communication, and genuine connection.
Recognising that each person’s journey is unique, I take an individualised and integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based therapies.
My practice is LGBTQI+ inclusive, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed, ensuring that all individuals feel safe, respected, and empowered. I welcome clients from all walks of life who feel I may be the right fit for their mental health and them.
Outside of work, I like to spend quality time with my family and friends, travel when possible, watch anything sports related and spend time outside, I also love a good walk while listening to a podcast or having a good chat with a friend.
